grandparents rights - Child Custody & Support - Family Law ...

I'm not sure what you mean by "go for custody," and grandparents have no inherent rights regarding their grandchildren.? If you believe the child is not being cared for properly, you can report what you know to the local child protective services authority.? If CPS determines that it is appropriate to take the chld from her parents, you can request that she be placed with you.
