Establish A Business - Small Business Ideas Forum

Hey friends I have a responsibility to create a business line for healthcare in Company.I am working as a Microsoft ERP Consultant & having a partnership with a company who has expertise in Hospital Information System(HIS).

Hospitals will get ERP(Finance)+HIS. Initially our focus will be for those hospitals where HIS has already been implemented. We have no exposure of how ERP works in hospital scenario.

So my question is What should be our approach to establish my business in such a situation. Keeping in mind that one competitor has 3 ERP project implementation of Finance in hospital.
