GOOD SWEAT
As One boot camp moved to a bigger location and is looking for another downtown. Exceed Fitness debuted its jungle gym-style boutique fitness and personal training outpost on the Upper East Side.
Chaise 23 is a hot new ticket in town, with tricked out Pilates Chair classes?expect resistance bands ?bungees??for its fast-paced group fitness classes. Swanand Yoga opened with hatha yoga and candlelight classes. Hiking Yoga kicks off in Central Park and Prospect Park with 90-minute hikes peppered with yoga poses.
Rogue Female Fitness relaunches as Uplift on April 1 and the first SurfSet pop-up with New York City?s favorite fitness and yoga instructors takes place on April 3. Refine Method is a tad behind schedule with the official opening of its new Union Square studio.
SoulCycle?s Upper East Side location will more than double in size by Memorial Day. Flywheel Sports at the new Chelsea Piers in Stamford, CT, announced its opening for July.

Blossom Cafe (Carmine St.) and Organic Avenue (W. 8th Street) opened locations this month, and Brooklyn got a new vegetarian restaurant with the opening of Maimonide of Brooklyn (M.O.B.).

Le Parker Meridian?s new underground wellness space officially opened, with Drybar blowouts, TenOverTen manicures, Tata Harper Facials (at the Moonshine Spa), and kale salads from the Blue Dog Cafe. Can we start a tab?
